Adaptive reuse of an dilapidated but beautiful modernist structure to turn a commercial ware house facility into a cafe and retail complex. New extensions to the structure reflect modern day fabrication techniques with Y shaped split metal slender columns that complement a 70-year-old heavy concrete aesthetics.
